How long is the transfer from Kloten (ZRH) to central Zurich?
ZRH Airport → centre: ~13 km, 20-30 minutes. That covers normal traffic; it stretches during the morning and evening peaks. We take your flight number, so the chauffeur is in position for the actual landing time and waits against the updated time if you are delayed.
Are the Swiss motorway vignette and tolls included?
Switzerland charges an annual vignette for motorway use and our vehicles carry one, so there is nothing extra to pay. There are no city road-user charges in Switzerland, but some Alpine tunnels (the Great St Bernard, for example) charge separately, and on longer routes we show that item openly in the quote.
Do you transfer from Zurich to Geneva, Basel or Milan?
Yes. Basel is about 90 km and an hour; Geneva about 280 km and 3 hours; Milan about 280 km and 3.5–4 hours via the Gotthard. The Milan route crosses into Italy; Schengen means no passport queue, but the Gotthard tunnel backs up at peak times and we build that into the timing.
