How long is the transfer from Fiumicino (FCO) to central Rome?

We can also go straight from the airport (FCO) to the port without passing through the city.
How long does it take to drive from Rome to Florence or Naples?
Florence is about 280 km and 3–3.5 hours by motorway; Naples is about 225 km and 2.5–3 hours. High-speed trains serve both and are usually faster if you travel alone. A private car wins when you are a large family, carrying a lot of luggage, or planning stops such as Orvieto or Pompeii.
